Section 1

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. References to "cvb8", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refer to the cvb8 online gaming service and its operators. References to "you", "the Player", or "the User" refer to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the cvb8 platform in any capacity.

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use a cvb8 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. cvb8 enforces this requirement through mandatory age declaration at registration and KYC identity verification using a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Restricted Territory in which accessing online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold another active cvb8 Account. cvb8 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balance forfeited.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the cvb8 Platform or had an Account closed by cvb8 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a cvb8 employee or of any software or gaming provider supplying services to the cvb8 Platform.
• You are using your own funds to make deposits and place wagers, and those funds are not derived from any illegal source.

cvb8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including during the KYC verification process. Accounts found to be in breach of any eligibility condition will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and may be permanently closed with all balances forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

Section 3

Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of cvb8 services — including deposits, wagering, and withdrawals — you must complete the account registration process. Registration requires you to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and a secure password. All information submitted during registration must be truthful, current, and complete.

Following initial registration, cvb8 may require you to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process before enabling full account functionality. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following documents: a clear photograph or scan of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), a valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. cvb8 may also request proof of address and, in some circumstances, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

• Accurate information: You warrant that all information provided to cvb8 during registration and at any subsequent time is accurate, complete, and not misleading. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cvb8 account credentials, including your password and any OTP verification codes sent to your registered mobile number. cvb8 will never ask you to share your password.
• Unauthorised access: You must notify cvb8 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. cvb8 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Verification timelines: cvb8 aims to complete KYC verification within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal requests will remain pending until verification is completed successfully.
• Refusal of registration: cvb8 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for that refusal.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

cvb8 supports a range of Bangladeshi payment methods designed to make deposits and withdrawals fast, convenient, and accessible to players across all divisions of Bangladesh. Supported payment channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile Banking), Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank direct transfers. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposit ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not registered in your name, or anonymous payment sources are not permitted and will be returned where technically feasible.
• No deposit fees: cvb8 does not charge fees on deposits made via supported Bangladeshi payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which cvb8 bears no responsibility.
• Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed. cvb8 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in withdrawal calculations.
• Failed or reversed transactions: If a deposit fails to credit your cvb8 account after your payment provider confirms the transaction, you must contact cvb8 support at [email protected] with your transaction reference number. cvb8 will investigate and, where confirmed, credit the deposit manually within a reasonable timeframe.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on cvb8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cvb8 does not offer multi-currency accounts or foreign currency conversion services.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

cvb8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free bet credits, and seasonal campaign rewards tied to events such as the BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Players in good standing unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. cvb8 reserves the right to exclude any Player from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• One welcome bonus per player: The welcome deposit bonus is available once per Player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared devices will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any resulting winnings become withdrawable. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Sports bets, slots, and different casino game types may carry different contribution percentages as specified in the individual bonus terms. Placing bets on games with lower or zero contribution rates will not advance your wagering progress at full value.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of credit. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be forfeited without compensation.
• cvb8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances validly credited prior to the modification are honoured under the terms in force at the time of credit.
• Abuse and exploitation: cvb8 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, and coordinated multi-account exploitation. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated winnings forfeited.

Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other gaming activity conducted on the cvb8 Platform is subject to the general rules set out in this section and the specific product rules published within each gaming section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general rules and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by cvb8. cvb8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a bet reference number is issued to the Player.
• Odds changes: For pre-match sports bets, the odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that will apply, provided the bet is accepted before any market suspension. For live in-play bets, odds may change between the time you request the bet and the time it is processed; cvb8 will notify you of any price change and offer you the option to accept the new odds or cancel the request.
• Void bets: cvb8 may void a bet where the event to which it relates is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined period, or where a technical or pricing error has occurred. Voided bets are returned as stake credits to your account balance.
• Dispute resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding bet settlement, you must contact cvb8 support within 72 hours of the relevant event result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted. cvb8's settlement decisions, following review, are final.
• Technical malfunctions: cvb8 is not liable for any loss arising from system errors, internet connection failures, or technical malfunctions that interrupt a game session or prevent a bet from being placed. In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction that directly affects a game outcome, the affected round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Game integrity: Players must not use software, scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the cvb8 Platform. Any Player found using such tools will have their account immediately suspended and all winnings generated through automated play forfeited.

Section 7

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the cvb8 Platform you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant legal authorities.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud cvb8 or other Players through collusion, chip-dumping, match-fixing, use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any other deceptive practice is strictly prohibited.
• Money laundering: Using the cvb8 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, or to obscure the origin of illegally obtained funds, constitutes money laundering and is a criminal offence.
• Automated play: The use of bots, scripts, automated clicking tools, artificial intelligence systems, or any non-human means of interacting with the cvb8 Platform is strictly prohibited. All gameplay must be conducted manually by the registered account holder.
• Account sharing: You must not allow any other person to access or use your cvb8 Account, including family members, friends, or associates. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account credentials.
• Harassment and abuse: Any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour directed at cvb8 staff or other Platform users — whether through live chat, email, or any other channel — will result in immediate account closure.
• Circumventing restrictions: Attempting to access the cvb8 Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Exploiting errors: If you become aware of an error in the Platform — including a pricing error, software malfunction, or incorrectly displayed odds — you are obligated to report it to cvb8 support immediately. Any winnings generated by knowingly exploiting a confirmed error will be voided.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

cvb8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cvb8 reasonably believes that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or where continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

Players may voluntarily close their cvb8 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining in the Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, provided that KYC verification has been completed and there are no outstanding bonus wagering obligations. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the cvb8 Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from one month to permanent exclusion. • Dormant accounts: An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cvb8 may apply a monthly account maintenance charge to dormant accounts, deducted from the available balance, after giving reasonable written notice to the registered email or mobile number. Where the balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed.
• Appeals: If your Account has been suspended or closed by cvb8 and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the closure. cvb8 will review all appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
• Survival of terms: Sections of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive account closure — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and anti-money laundering — shall remain in effect after any Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and cvb8 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. cvb8 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
